OK, I think I understand those marks: 42 second walk, followed by 78 second walk and repeat for a total of 16 times. then walk for 25 minutes. Total workout 1 hour. Is that right?
Anyway, good job! I've been following Wanna Be a 5Ker, who was following a couch to 5K program. She started a year ago and went from couch potato to a half-marathoner within a year. Her link is on my blog if you want to visit.
This blog is about the efforts of a 60 year old man to get off the couch, put on some running shoes, embrace the philosophy of John "the Penguin" Bingham, and run. Specifically, it is my hope that it will eventually document a journey from running zero miles to 26.2 miles.
I've got 2 mortgages, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 cars and one beautiful wife (And I reside in both NW Ohio and SW Ohio, which is too complicated to explain.)[BW says I forgot to mention one grandchild. I didn't forget, but he's too young to read; I didn't think he'd mind.]
